Hi everyone! It's almost time for my Healthy For The Holidays 10-Day Challenge! Getting (at least) a little bit of movement in every day is. so important, and this challenge is perfect for anyone who needs some motivation to squeeze in a little bit of activity in this busy season, to help feel like your best self and ward off the holiday pounds! 

This 10-Day Challenge has 10 simple moves to help tone up your arms, back, waist, legs and booty. Each day, you tackle a new exercise, and do 10-12 reps three times. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes each day, and you can easily add this to your existing workout to help get toned and trim for the holidays. And if you want to really give yourself a healthy goal to end the year, do this challenge throughout December for even more benefits for your body!
