Fall Date Night Ideas
Apple picking/pumpkin patch. There's something so refreshing about this traditional fall activity, and you can make a day out of it. Dress in layers, enjoy the scenery as you drive out to the country, sip on some warm cider... then the next day arrange your pumpkins and make an apple pie!
Try a restaurant in a neighborhood you haven't been to. It's so fun to visit a new neighborhood and try a new spot - it could become a new favorite on your list. Plan a cute outfit, and look for a place that has a fun neighborhood to walk around in afterwards - burn some calories and keep the experience going!
Do a "nature day." Plan out a weekend day where you get up and GO! Go for a hike, walk or bike ride, then have lunch (pack your own!) in a scenic spot. Wrap it up by going for a drive and enjoy the fall colors. The goal is to stay off your computer and phone and truly enjoy nature!
Take a class. I love virtual or in-person cooking, craft and other classes. Look through your local community offerings, nearby colleges or online options, then get ready to learn and have fun! You can do pottery, build something, do a deep dive into a place you plan to visit and more.
Have a movie night. There are so many wonderful movies to stream now, whether it be a classic from the 50s, a comedy from the 80s, or a newer blockbuster. Once you choose the movie, plan some snacks that align with the theme of the movie, set up a cozy spot, and enjoy!
I hope you like these ideas... you can also play pickleball, host a game night, check out a museum, take your dog to a dog-friendly patio, plan a mani/pedi day and more! The goal is to go try new things over the next few months. You won't regret it!!
Let's live FIT, HAPPY and HEALTHY - together!!
