Eating healthy has been part of my life for so long, and I’ve done my very best to instill this in my daughters as well! I am so excited to share this project that Katie and I worked on together!! Fit In The Kitchen is a magazine full of 60 healthy recipes, clean eating tips, quick and easy meal prep ideas, and workouts from both of us!! We are sooo proud of this magazine and can’t wait for you all to see how delicious healthy eating can be!!! Eating healthy, whole foods the majority of the time will do wonders for our overall healthy and wellness, long-term! And did you know that nourishing your body this way will actually help to keep your skin glowing as you get older?  What you eat CAN improve your energy levels, help keep extra weight off, and improve your complexion.  Try including these foods into your diet and you will see the difference, I promise!
