Fit Over 50: New Year, Amazing New You!
In this new issue, the focus is all about making this year "amazing" for you! Everything in the magazine is designed to inspire, encourage and support you in your goals to becoming your best self. Here is a sneak peak of what is included:
- Fitness -This section is dedicated to getting started and sticking with a regular workout routine. Whether you are new or experienced, the workouts and sample fitness plan can help you get into a routine that makes movement a fun... as it should be! Exercises include Strength, Ab & Booty Moves, Pilates and Stretching, and even an adaptation of my always-popular walking challenge from my app!
- Nutrition - A guide to making gradual changes in your nutrition that will lead to long-term success! I have tips on how to survive eating out, ways to decrease inflammation, how to include enough protein in your diet, and some hearty but healthy winter recipes! It's not about perfection, just making more good choices than not. This practice will benefit you for years to come!
- Lifestyle - Talking about setting goals that are realistic and best for the big picture! Look for insight and easy-to-apply suggestions for how to stop negative self-talk and get out of your own way, some ways to include essential oils into your lifestyle, and my favorite with my daughter Kelly Austin on how to start a meditation practice this year!
