Summer Slimmer Challenge: Blueberry Banana Smoothie

What a perfect way to start your day - with a healthy, delicious Blueberry Banana Smoothie! This smoothie is so good for you, offering up antioxidants from the berries, potassium from the banana, protein and calcium from the yogurt, and vitamin C from the orange juice! This recipe is from the recipe section on my app, it's included as one of the recipes in the Summer Slimmer Challenge...and happens to be one of my personal favorites!

I like to make this smoothie as a post workout treat, so once you finish today's workout!
It's simple to make, all you need is:


  • 1 cup frozen blueberries or strawberries

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

  • 4 fluid ounces orange juice (fresh squeezed if possible)

Then simply combine all ingredients in blender, pour into a glass and enjoy!! See how to make it in the video below!

Hi everyone. Today I’m making you my favorite blueberry banana smoothie. It's so delicious and you only need a few things. A banana, frozen blueberries, a little bit of plain or Vanilla yogurt and some orange juice. All you have to do is put all into a blender and mix it. Nice orange juice to blend it all together.



Yeah, there you have it - a beautiful Blueberry Banana Smoothie. Great for breakfast. A great pick me up in the afternoon and it tastes so good. Cheers!
