Women's Health Cover Girls

Last Thursday, Katie and I were blessed with a wonderful event to celebrate our Women's Health Magazine cover and I'm still on cloud nine just thinking about it! Surrounded by so many incredible women in one space is truly a feeling like no other - women supporting women!! I am such a believer in cheering others on, supporting their dreams and passions and encouraging them to keep going... and I have felt that from so many these past few weeks and am just so grateful!! 

So many women from all walks of mine and Katie's life came out to celebrate us! Including Liz Plosser, the amazing editor-in-chief of Women's Health that we worked with to create this dream cover. The words she spoke about both Katie and I truly brought tears to my eyes. She said, "...These women are universally beloved and it was so heartening for the Women's Health team to watch all that love come through.. I hope you both have felt it, I just want to say thank you to you both. This has been an absolute dream!". I know that I'm in the right space, helping women feel their best, it's what I'm meant to do, and I couldn't do it without each and every one of you!

It's been a few weeks since this huge accomplishment has been announced and the butterflies keep hitting me. I'm so incredibly honored and proud, not only to be featured on the cover of this wonderful magazine, but to have had the opportunity to do it with my daughter Katie Austin!
